Kyle Dean Allen

Kyle Dean Allen, son of Jimmy D. Allen and Robin A. (Skelton) Davis, was born November 19, 1991 in Rolla, Missouri. Kyle grew up in the Laquey area and attended school. He was a graduate of the 2010 Class of Laquey High School and was very active playing sports while in school. After graduation, he began attending Ozark Technical College in Waynesville where he had completed one year and was presently a student. As a young boy, Kyle made a profession of faith in Christ at Harmony Baptist Church of Waynesville. After graduating from high school, Kyle began working at Greek Odyssey on Fort Leonard Wood. He was a hard worker and everyone loved being around him at work. In his spare time, Kyle enjoyed playing basketball, watching movies and sports, playing his PlayStation and listening to music. He especially liked to hang out with his friends and most of all, spending time with his girlfriend, Kayla who was the light and love of his life. Kyle passed away at 2:06 a.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 as the result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident having attained the age of 19 year, 10 months and 9 days. He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved him. Kyle leaves to cherish his memory his parents: Jimmy Allen (Carla) of St. Robert, MO and Robin Davis (Skip) of Laquey, MO; maternal grandparents: James and Mary Ryals of Anderson, SC; paternal grandmother: Della Allen of Laquey, MO; two best friends: Andrew Cook and Brandon Click; girlfriend: Kayla Fleschute; two stepbrothers: Jackie Fenton, Jr. of Laquey, MO and Christopher Davis of the state of Texas; two stepsisters: Chasity Williams of the state of Oklahoma and Chasity Davis of the state of Texas; several aunts, uncles, cousins, step grandparents, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Kyle was preceded in death by his sister: Patricia Allen and his paternal grandfather: Ezra Allen. Services were held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, October 1, 2011 in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert with Rev. Eric Shaw officiating. The songs “Only You Can Love Me This Way”, “Remember When” and “Go Rest High on that Mountain” were played. Serving as escorts were Danny Click, Shawn Nickels, Jackie Fenton, Todd Carmon, Michael Ryals and Nathan Carmon. Serving as honorary escorts were Andrew Cook, Brandon Click, Thomas Bergeron, Chace Caldwell, Karl Huber, Riley Rollins and Jarrod Lonergan. Burial followed in the Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery of Waynesville. Services were under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Kyle Allen and may be left at the funeral home.
