Flo Louise Clark

Flo Louise Clark, daughter of the late Dolpha True Carroll and Nellie Mae (Hammack) Carroll, was born November 26, 1939 in Swedeborg, Missouri. Flo was united in marriage to Willett Beecher Clark and they shared several years together and three children before he preceded her in death. Flo worked for many years in the banking industry as a teller with Security Bank of Pulaski County before she retired. She loved working at the bank and visiting with the many customers that came in over the years. She formed lifelong friendships with many of her customers and fellow employees. In her spare time, Flo enjoyed NASCAR Racing and Dirt Track racing. She was the biggest fan to her son-in-law Jim Hayes and grandson Justin Neuman when they were racing. She never missed a race when either one of them was racing. Flo also LOVED the St. Louis Cardinals! Her daughter, Weezer took her numerous times and she always watched them faithfully on TV. Flo enjoyed spending time with her siblings; whether it was on the beach with her sister Ramona York or playing bingo and Farkle every Thursday night with her brother Buck. She loved all her family dearly and also her dog Chewy! She would always take him for a walk and her herd of cats would walk with them also! Flo passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022, in the Rolla Health and Rehab of Rolla, Missouri having attained the age of 82. She will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved her. Flo leaves to cherish her memory, her two children: Brenda Rothbauer (Rob) of Waynesville, MO, and Clay Clark of Crocker, MO; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother: Buck Carroll (Laverne) of Richland, MO; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Flo was preceded in death by her daughter: Louisa “Weezer” Hayes, and two sisters: Ramona York and Shirley Pummill. Joint services for Flo and her daughter Louisa "Weezer" Hayes were held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2022 in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert with Pastor Barrett Payne officiating. Keith Pritchard of Security Bank of Pulaski County recalled his wonderful memories of Flo and Rob Goodrich of Goodrich Gas, Inc. recalled his wonderful memories of Weezer. The songs “Red Bird” by Huntergirl, “Scars in Heaven” by Casting Crowns, “Supermarket Flowers” by Ed Sheeran, “Talking to the Moon” by Bruno Mars, and “Have It All” by Jason Mraz were played. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Louisa Hayes or Flo Clark and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.
